These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and si6xs governing all use of the si6xs platform, including all gaming, betting, wallet, and support services. To register for and use a si6xs Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) si6xs Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts — whether under your own identity or under a fictitious identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Age Verification: si6xs mandates CNIC-based age verification for all Accounts before any real-money deposit or game play is permitted. Providing false, forged, or altered identity documents to circumvent the 21+ age requirement is a serious violation of these Terms and may be referred to the relevant Pakistani authorities. All funds in any account found to be operated by an underage individual will be permanently forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your CNIC number, your date of birth, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any of it changes.
Your si6xs Account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your Account, including all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
You must take all reasonable steps to maintain the security of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes sent to your registered Pakistani SIM. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
si6xs will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication purportedly from si6xs requesting your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify si6xs immediately by contacting our support team. si6xs may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.
Account Verification: si6xs may request additional verification documents at any time, including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or updated CNIC photography. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary or permanent Account restriction. These checks are conducted in accordance with international anti-money laundering and KYC standards.
si6xs reserves the right to close any Account that has been inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to closure, si6xs will make reasonable attempts to notify the registered email address. Any remaining PKR Wallet balance will be held for a further 6 months following the closure notice, after which it may be subject to dormancy procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.
All financial transactions on the si6xs Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). si6xs does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees will be applied to your PKR Wallet balance.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the si6xs Cashier page and are subject to change. You may not deposit funds that originate from criminal activity, third-party accounts not registered in your own name, or any source that si6xs determines, at its sole discretion, to be suspicious or non-compliant with AML regulations.
Withdrawal Processing: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. si6xs reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request exceeding PKR 50,000 in a single transaction or PKR 200,000 in a rolling 30-day period. si6xs does not charge processing fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile money provider, or Raast may apply their own transaction charges, for which si6xs bears no responsibility.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions published alongside the individual offer.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse si6xs promotions — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinated wagering between accounts to reduce risk, or using automated software to complete wagering requirements — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, permanent Account closure, and potential referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
All games available on the si6xs Platform — including RNG slot machines, live dealer table games, poker tournaments, Fishing Yi Lu Fa, and cricket sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or the si6xs Help Centre. In the event of conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
All RNG-based games on the si6xs Platform use certified Random Number Generator technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot and table game is published in the game information panel. These figures represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
For sports betting, including cricket markets such as PSL, Test matches, and T20 Internationals, all odds are quoted at the time of bet placement and are subject to change prior to settlement. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation and are final once confirmed by the si6xs system.
Bet Cancellation Policy: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the si6xs system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. si6xs reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest errors in odds, data feed failures, match abandonment, or events outside the reasonable control of si6xs. Voided bets are returned to the Player's PKR Wallet as stake refunds.
si6xs reserves the right to restrict maximum stakes, limit individual player betting markets, or suspend access to specific games for any Player at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Such restrictions do not affect a Player's right to withdraw their remaining PKR Wallet balance.

Any unauthorised use of si6xs intellectual property will result in immediate Account closure and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, si6xs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
si6xs does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or events outside our reasonable control — including telecommunications network failures, payment provider outages, or regulatory actions — may temporarily affect Platform availability. si6xs will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and communicate planned maintenance in advance.
si6xs's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their si6xs Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that it is entirely possible to lose money wagered on the si6xs Platform. si6xs makes no representation that any Player will win, profit, or recover losses through continued play. All wagers are placed at your own risk and with full understanding of the inherent financial risk involved.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by si6xs is governed by the si6xs Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by si6xs, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require us to retain certain records for regulatory compliance purposes.
si6xs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms, along with the effective date, will always be published on this page.
